Looking at this stack of beautifully baked pies would make anyone hungry or desire a bite.
Gosh! what to do, I just play the trick I always play instead of me thinking healthy I would just portion my meal, what do I mean? I will just pick the pie divide into three and have one piece then try to discipline myself and stop there, that would be the hard part for most of us especially if the pie is that good. Another way to handle such a situation is to eat up and pay the price later which would mean no dinner and increase your workout time the next day.
Always remember to stay on the path.
